How to use this responsibly
The calculator converts size and psf into a simple price scenario. It does not predict the developer’s unit sizes or prices. Add Buyer’s Stamp Duty, any applicable ABSD, legal fees, financing costs and a holding reserve before deciding what is affordable.
Why quantum matters
Buyers experience the total price and monthly obligation—not just psf. A smaller high-psf unit may have a manageable quantum but limited liveability; a larger efficient unit may provide better utility despite a higher total price.
